An Ocean of Caring 2007

CCECENS joined with its affiliate sister, the Nova Scotia Child Care Association and the Canadian Child Care Federation and Child Care Connections, and Centre provinciale des ressource prescholaires to hold the Ocean of Caring COnference national child care conference in Halifax in June 2007. A number of powerpoints from the keynotes and workshops are posted on the site.

Projects
National Ethics Training
The National Ethics Training Program on Best Choices: Guidebook to the Ethical Journey is offered annually to the early childhood community through CCECENS.

Outcomes for Caring

A joint project in partnership with Child Care Connection NS and the Nova Scotia Child Care Association to identify the developmental outcomes for children that will occur when the ECE certification criteria are met. The project started in October 2005 and is wrapping up September 2007.
